Job type : Full-time , Permanent (Mon-Friday + on call)
Key Responsibilities :
Assembly of equipment in the shop and field
Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and routine maintenance of various farm machinery and equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and
mechanical systems.
Installation and retrofitting of complex production equipment; fabricating and welding as required.
Maintains current knowledge of the company's competitive products
Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
Performs diagnosis and repair in the field as required
Safely perform work by themselves and with others
Assist with other duties as required
Requirements :
Must be a dependable and self-motivated team player who can communicate effectively, negotiating and conflict resolution.
Parts and machinery knowledge, preferably row crop equipment
Demonstrated aptitude in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Effective attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Work both as a member of a team and individually with minimal supervision
Always maintain proper and safe working conditions
Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, able to work well under pressure and shifting priorities
Strong computer and technology skills are a must
Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract, as well as forklift certificate
Own tools are required
