About The Role
- Provide technical leadership and define software development strategies for critical AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and development of innovative features advancing AI‑native product experiences.
- Drive the seamless integration of LLMs and generative AI technologies into Corporate Tax and Trade products.
- Streamline the use of Micro Front Ends to ensure low latency, scalability, and excellent user experience.
- Mentor a globally distributed team of engineering managers, architects, and developers to strengthen engineering culture.
- Lead complex technical initiatives, exercising autonomy in decision‑making and managing technical risk.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
About You
10+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with a proven record of developing scalable, web‑based solutions and an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Expertise with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.Experience with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and fine‑tuning.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries and navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.Demonstrated ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management, AI dev tools, and test‑driven development.Experience integrating AI / ML technologies into customer‑facing applications.What’s in it for you?
