Key Responsibilities: - Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning. - Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments. - Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control. - Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets. - Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF. - Order production materials and parts as needed. - Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - 10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production - 5 years experience in a supervisory role - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling. - Strong leadership and floor management skills. - Experience with equipment maintenance (Mamiki machine DDF).
