As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, here’s how you will help us fulfill our clients’ expectations :

  • Learn client culture and hiring criteria through intake sessions. You will attend needs analysis and biweekly update calls as needed, eliciting feedback, providing insights, and helping to guide the client’s thinking and hiring.
  • Build talent pools and drive social media content to attract candidates. You will prioritize an exceptional candidate experience, demonstrating active listening and in -depth understanding of both their background and the role you are seeking to fill. You will screen and interview candidates assessing for technical knowledge and culture fit.
  • Assist with internal projects. We do our best to give our staff the freedom to take on projects related to their growth and professional development, including process improvements, new technology, meetups, thought leadership and more.

  • The experience. You have experience working with customers, providing an exceptional level of service, creativity, and prioritization. You may have exposure to a multi-layered team, B2B sales or recruitment but we’re more interested in a service focus, a growth-mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement. You can make things happen.
  • The people expertise. You are both a valued collaborator and an autonomous self-starter. You have exceptional communication skills and you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to source and connect with candidates. You can build and foster long-lasting and trusted relationships with internal and external teams. You can remain objective and calm under pressure.
  • The technical skills. You have an appreciation for using technology to improve efficiency. You enjoy learning new tools quickly. You are comfortable using Google Suite (or MS Office and can adapt), and working with data insights (generated for you by our amazing BA team).
  • The curiosity. You continuously seek out creative solutions - you see problems and you solve them. You aren’t afraid to ask for help.
