We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale Finance Technology initiative focused on establishing a new entity and creating a front-to-back systems integration workflow across Banking and Capital Markets functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Finance Technology program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Drive integration of front, middle, and back-office systems to support new entity setup and operational workflows.
• Partner with technology, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to executive and senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify issues and contribute to hands-on resolution.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.39 / hour - $50.61 / hour . Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
