Agilus is recruiting for a Meeting Facilitator in the Non-Profit Sector in Victoria, British Columbia.

A Typical Day
- Work collaboratively with service providers to develop plans
- Facilitate collaborative meetings that are child centered and family focused
- Plan family case conferences, family group conferences and youth transition conferences
- Maintain electronic client files
- Create comprehensive reports
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related discipline
- 2-4 years experience in delivery of Social Services associated with Child & Family Services
- Experience working in Indigenous communities along with knowledge of Child & Family Services Legislation
- Must have valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Preference will be given to applicants of First Nations ancestry as per Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, please self-identify
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Facilitation experience rquired
Total Rewards
- $26.00 hourly
