Senior Director, Program Management

As the Senior Director, Program Management you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of complex projects and programs across Risk Management. This role is accountable primarily for delivering the project and program portfolio for Enterprise Risk Management while other initiatives may be added as required to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with CIBC’s business strategy and regulatory requirements. aligned to a multi-year strategic roadmap. • 10+ years of progressive project / program management experience within the financial services sector. You have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
