As a Client Reporting Associate you will support the preparation, production, and delivery of client reports, including trade confirmations, client statements, CRM2 reports, and supplementary tax packages across CI Wealth lines of business.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the preparation and quality review of trade confirmations, client and custodian statements, CRM2 reports, and supplementary tax packages.
- Help ensure reports meet client preferences, branding standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support data reconciliation activities to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Perform quality checks to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies in reporting.
- Work with team members to learn and operate reporting platforms and book-of-record systems.
- Support efforts to automate and streamline reporting processes under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reporting processes and procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Technology, Compliance, Client Experience, and other Wealth Operations teams to help address reporting needs.
- Respond to routine inquiries or elevate more complex questions to senior team members.
- Assist with preparing materials and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., CIRO, CSA).
- Participate in team training sessions related to compliance, client service, and reporting tools.
- Support audit and compliance activities by gathering required documentation and data.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.0–2 years of experience in client reporting, operations, or related role within wealth management or financial services – internships or co‑op experience is a plus.Basic understanding of financial products, client reporting, or regulatory requirements is an asset.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new software tools.Good organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced financial environment.Familiarity with CRM systems, data management, or programming (SQL, Python) is a bonus, but not required.Working Conditions
