SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the contract position (with the potential of becoming permanent) of Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is a key part of the SkiBig3 Marketing team with a focus on supporting a wide cross-section of the marketing and communication needs for the organization.

The person in this position will be working with SkiBig3 internal departments : Marketing, Sales, Reservations, Admin, and the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub. Resort partners : Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Mt Norquay, and other partners : Ikon Pass, Mountain Collective, Banff and Lake Louise Tourism

Duties & Responsibilities Include :

CRM and Email marketing

• Maintain a weekly email schedule aligned with marketing promotional deadlines
• Draft and execute weekly newsletters and promotional emails within the CRM system - Ascent360
• Draft and schedule seasonal pre-arrival emails
• Collaborating with the CRM agency team to troubleshoot and implement best practices
• Segment audiences for email communications
