Job Overview :

Five Continental International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role will involve managing digital marketing channels, planning and executing promotional campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate product and service characteristics to determine marketing and advertising strategies that align with business objectives.

Identify and implement effective marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities.

Develop and execute both direct and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging and results-driven content.

Manage post-campaign analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating insights for future strategies.

Oversee social media accounts, engaging with customers, managing reviews, and enhancing brand reputation.

Conduct market research, including public opinion surveys, to assess customer interests and industry trends.

Prepare and oversee the development of marketing materials, including reports, presentations, press releases, and website content.

Organize promotional events, workshops, and corporate functions to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Coordinate internal and external promotional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Support the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other corporate materials to communicate key messages effectively.

Collaborate with industry professionals, partners, and clients to enhance marketing efforts and expand business opportunities.

Assist in the development of agreements and contracts related to sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills :

College diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

Proficiency in content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in public relations, event coordination, and brand representation is a plus.

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
