• Collaborative: You enjoy working with cross-functional teams, taking feedback, and contributing to a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will vary based on the project and your experience level, but generally, you'll:

• Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify key trends and consumer behaviors.
• Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks, including brand positioning, target audience definitions, and messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients, articulating your rationale clearly and persuasively.
