We are Kitchener’s first private swim school, built with heart, purpose, and a passion for helping children thrive in the water. Our mission is to make swimming safe, confidence-building, and joyful for every child we teach.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and high-energy Swim Instructors who genuinely love working with kids and want to be part of something special from the ground up.

If you bring great vibes, strong teaching skills, and a big smile to the pool deck, we want to meet you.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

• Minimum 3+ years of swim instruction experience (mandatory)
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (required)
• Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
• Strong knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures
• Must enjoy working with children and feel confident teaching various age groups
• High energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Ability to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
