- 4+ years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support
- Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep, and mediation experience
- Well-rounded litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in Alberta
- Small portable book of business is a plus, not required
