Hays is proud to be partnering with a leading GTAmercial real estate managementpany which is seeking a Building Operator to join their team in Toronto, ON.

Your new roleThe Building Operator will be operating a Building Automations System (BAS), followingpany policies and procedures at all times to ensure building standards and efficiencies are maintained at all times, conducting repairs and maintains and other general duties as they are assigned.

You will be responsible for amercial portfolio in Toronto, ON. You must have a valid G License for use of apany vehicle. You will be responsible for the following duties :

• Conduct routine property and site inspections and perform maintenance as required.
• Inspect, operate, maintain and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps, generators, uninterruptible power supplies, life safety system, etc.
• Monitor electrical power distribution system and building automation system and respond to alarms expeditiously and methodically.
• Perform minor repairs : replace washers / faucets; clear sinks toilets and drains; replace pumps / motors; reset breakers, etc.
• Ensure maximum energy efficiency, inspect / operate / maintain and repair mechanical / electrical systems and equipment (including boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps, generators, life safety system, etc.).
• Ensure all equipment are operated in a safe and efficient manner and inpliance with all applicableernment codes and regulations
