TEAM Group was founded in 1982, with headquarters in Markham, Ontario. We offer industrial cleaning, facility maintenance, and shutdown services to thousands of clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are currently seeking a qualified Site Manager for our Woodstock, ON location at Toyota.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 6 : 30AM to 4PM;
  • Weekends and flex-time as required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level;
  • Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations;
  • Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have;
  • Promptly address and respond to customer inquiries;
  • Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment;
  • Ensure efficiency of work and adjust as necessary;
  • Effectively manage employee schedules and adjust as necessary;
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new employees;
  • Report all inefficiencies, issues, incidents, and customer concerns;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Follow instructions and all safety policies and procedures;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5+ years of management experience within an industrial manufacturing or industrial cleaning environment;
  • The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly, and multitask;
  • Capable of using independent judgment and solid decision-making skills;
  • Proven experience interacting effectively with all levels of management and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization;
  • Proficiency with general office PC applications;
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail;
  • Must be flexible with scheduling including weekends and holidays as needed;
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the site for work.
