Senior Site Manager (Relocate to Canada) Exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to relocate to Canada and join the Building Division of one of Canadas Largest Main Contractors (Circa $3 Billion turnover annually) to work across a mixed portfolio of High-Rise, Commercial, Healthcare, Airport, Defense and Educational projects.

Duties : Pre-Construction Management : Creating project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.

Construction Management : Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing site logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Post Construction Management : Handling warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.

Employee and Talent Management : Supervising and developing direct reports, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and conducting performance assessments.

Opportunity Management : Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating on proposals. Requirements : Degree / Diploma / Trade in Construction or Engineering Discipline.

10 Years+ in Construction / Site Management for a Main Contractor in Ireland / UK. Experience delivering projects with values €100 Million+.

Solid understanding of construction industry practices. Strong familiarity with contract administration, understanding drawings, specifications, architectural and engineering standards and building practices, including building codes.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

IT Skills : MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam and Plan Grid. Available to relocate permanently to Canada within 6-9 months.

Benefits : Salary $175,000 to $220,000 CAD (Circa €120k to €150k) + Vehicle allowance Bonus / Profit sharing scheme. Generous relocation support package provided (Flights, Initial accommodation etc).

Work permit and visa costs paid for by the company. Comprehensive healthcare scheme for you and immediate family. 6% matched Pension / RRSP contribution.
