We are a well-established company with 20 years in the industry and locations worldwide, looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.

Position Overview : We are currently looking for an individual who enjoys challenges to fulfill the full-time position as a Site Manager based in Oakville, ON, Canada.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the site.

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Action-oriented with an agile approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience coaching direct reports and developing efficiency-focused teamwork models.
  • People skills with experience managing multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations at site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain an efficient and skilled workforce.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow, enhance productivity, and ensure quality control in TIC processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure timely delivery of testing, inspection, and certification services.
  • Monitor and manage site budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for both employees and clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency at site operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to streamline communication and ensure seamless overall business operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to proactively adapt and improve operational processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
