We are currently seeking a qualified Site Manager for our Woodstock, ON location at Toyota.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday 6 : 30AM to 4PM;
- Weekends and flex-time as required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level;
- Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations;
- Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have;
- Promptly address and respond to customer inquiries;
- Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment;
- Ensure efficiency of work and adjust as necessary;
- Effectively manage employee schedules and adjust as necessary;
- Participate in onboarding and training of new employees;
- Report all inefficiencies, issues, incidents, and customer concerns;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
- Follow instructions and all safety policies and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of management experience within an industrial manufacturing or industrial cleaning environment;
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly, and multitask;
- Capable of using independent judgment and solid decision-making skills;
- Proven experience interacting effectively with all levels of management and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization;
- Proficiency with general office PC applications;
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail;
- Must be flexible with scheduling including weekends and holidays as needed;
- Must be able to reliably commute to the site for work.
