We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications that support quantitative research, modeling, and analytics. This role combines strong programming expertise with a deep understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts to deliver robust, scalable solutions for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development :

Design and implement high-performance applications for quantitative analysis and modeling.

Translate mathematical models and algorithms into efficient, production-ready code.

Build systems for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets from multiple sources.

Profile and optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and reliability.

Work closely with researchers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver solutions.

Salary :

$61,600.00 - $113,900.00

Pay Type : Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
