Responsibilities Include :
- Provide administrative support for Director of Production & Delivery and the Management Team with day to day requirements including coordination of meetings, calendar coordination, special projects, and travel arrangements
- Maintain departmental headcount budget records
- Preparation and coordination of salaried / contractor E-requisitions and personnel moves, including update of organization charts and floor plans
- Departmental travel coordinator including processing of travel expense reports, Submission of facility and maintenance maximos, field facility inquiries and problem solve issues, and process ergonomics assessments iSupport and Records Management coordinator
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate interoffice mail and courier
- Process visitor forms and coordinate catering requirements
- POC for departmental Payroll submissions and processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Liaison with International HR, Payroll, Finance and other Administrative Assistants

Responsibilities
Qualifications :
- University degree or college diploma in relevant field and / or equivalent / relevant work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years previous executive administrative experience
- Advanced skill level in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to exceed expectations
- Ability to work well will minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidential
