Head of Finance - Instrument Transformers

Join our management team as a Financial Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives, ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations, and partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. Reporting directly to the CFO and working collaboratively with the General Manager of the Instrument Transformer Division, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and operational financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership:Provide timely, accurate, and data-driven financial insights to support decision-making for the management team.Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's short- and long-term objectives, such as revenue growth, profitability, and cash optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies align with broader business goals.Budgeting, Forecasting, & Reporting:Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department leaders to develop precise financial projections and monitor performance against targets.Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring timely preparation and review of financial report packages for management and stakeholders.Assist in refining financial policies, procedures, reporting formats, and planning frameworks to ensure ongoing process improvements.Operational Financial Oversight:Partner with the General Manager to assess and approve sales pricing, capital expenditures (CapEx), operational expenses (OpEx), and financial terms and conditions to align with the company's financial goals.Analyze manufacturing costs and uncover opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.Collaboration & Team Leadership:Act as a liaison between the Finance team and internal departments, promoting strong information-sharing practices and cross-functional collaboration.Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Your Qualifications:· A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
