Job Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Project Leader / Executive - Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fighter operations, strategic advisory roles, and preparation of project documentation for capital asset acquisition projects.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide expert guidance and manage high-value investment projects effectively.
Responsibilities : Lead and manage complex projects related to fighter capabilities and requirements.Provide operational and strategic advice to senior officials regarding system performance, cost, and decision-making criteria.
Prepare and submit various project documents for approval, ensuring compliance with Government of Canada standards.Coordinate and present briefings and reports to senior defense officials and intergovernmental bodies.
Oversee the development and execution of project plans, risk assessments, and strategic documentation.Qualifications : Education : University degree or College DiplomaRelevant Professional CertificationExperience : Minimum 10 years of experience in fighter operations as a fighter pilot or aerospace engineer.
At least 30 months of experience in the last 60 months providing strategic advice related to fighter capabilities to senior officials.
