Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera dans les deuxtablissements de Montral lun prs du centreville et lautrePointeauxTrembles.
Responsabilits :
Sous la responsabilit duDirecteur Gnral de Montral le contrleur sera charg de :
- Superviser et complter tous les aspects de lacomptabilit pour les deux usines de Montral y compris lafacturation la paie les comptes dbiteurs et crditeurs;
- Prparation des rapports financiers mensuelset assistance aux demandes du sige social;
- Travailler avec les oprations et le sigesocial pour mettre en uvre et superviser le cadre de contrleinterne ;
- Travailler avec les Oprations poursurveiller les dpassements de cots et fournir une analyse;
- Prparation des rapports trimestriels et desdemandes daudit annuel ;
- Diriger les processusde prvision et de budgtisation pour Montral;
- Fournir des recommandations et mettre enplace de nouveaux processus pour garantir les meilleures pratiques;
- Assurer la liaison entre le sige social etles oprations ;
- Dvelopper de solides relationsavec les clients notamment par la facturation la rponse auxdemandes des clients et le suivi des crances;
- Soutenir et superviser le gestionnaire desressources humaines et les autres fonctions administratives dubureau ;
- Participer dautres projets en fonctiondes besoins.
Qualifications comptences etexperience :
- CPA;
- Bilinguisme anglais / franais;
- Au moins 3 ans dexprience dans une fonctioncomptable / financire ;
- Matrise de MicrosoftExcel et dautres applications Office ;
- Exprience des systmes ERP (lexprience deMicrosoft Great Plains est considre comme un atout);
- Solides comptences enmatire de gestion du temps et capacit tablir des priorits entre lesexigences de deux usines ;
- Motiv et capable de respecter les dlais desprocessus de clture et les chances des projets;
- Excellentes comptences en matire de relationsinterpersonnelles et decommunication
