Engagement Marketing Manager, Toronto, Canada

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Innovation

• Lead Engagement Initiatives : Proactively identify, propose, and implement new strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various touchpoints.
• Customer Journey Optimization : Continuously analyze and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and communication flows to improve relevance and performance.
• Idea Generation : Be a consistent source of innovative ideas, bringing new approaches for content, channel utilization, and automation strategies to the team, directly contributing to business growth.
• Performance Insight : Dive deep into engagement data to uncover actionable insights, challenging the status quo and inspiring new marketing activities that drive measurable results. Create and manage a Vetster marketing automation playbook and share weekly insights with the broader team.
