Your Role in a Nutshell :

• Manage and provide strong leadership to a crew of 2-3 carpenters
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day construction process and ensure required on-site work is completed (eg. framing, trim carpentry, drywall, insulation, etc).
• Work closely with the Project Manager to establish and maintain schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor work
• Communicate progress updates with all clients as necessary and address any questions or concerns that they may have.
• Complete site walkthrough with various stakeholders as needed,
• Ensure that projects are completed within scope, on schedule and ensure all safety requirements are being met on sites.
• Assist in the development of procedures and Standard Operation Procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean.
