Role Overview :
We are seeking for one of our clients an experienced professional to join their team as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting IAM initiatives in the Americas region, ensuring that security controls are efficiently and effectively implemented to meet the organization's security objectives.
The IAM Operations Analyst will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to manage and improve IAM policies, procedures, and security controls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementing and monitoring IAM controls for regional business activities.
- Engaging with global teams to document and assess existing controls.
- Responding to audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparing status reports and risk metrics for senior management.
- Coordinating IAM efforts across different business units, both locally and globally.
- Contributing to risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Assisting in the development of IAM security roadmaps, policies, and procedures.
- Staying informed of the latest cybersecurity trends and solutions.
- Promoting the adoption of security standards, tools, and solutions.
- Participating in the creation and implementation of an operational reporting framework.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- At least 5 years of experience in business operations or cybersecurity, particularly in a hands-on role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a global organization and familiarity with a range of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of IAM tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint, and proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NYDFS 500) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, FFIEC).

- Ability to quickly learn and apply new ideas pragmatically.
- Team-oriented with strong client focus, and open to diverse viewpoints.
Education and Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCSK, Security+, ITIL, CSX-F, or other cybersecurity credentials.
- Training in information security practices and solutions.
Position Details and Requirements :
- 50% remote work; residence in Montreal required
- Fluency in English - Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
- Full-time permanent position - No contractor will be selected
