Our client, a reputable notarial firm located near the Atwater metro, is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Drafting various legal documents / contracts
- Opening files and drafting hypothecs and / or sales documents
- Setting up appointments
- Handling internal / external communication, and more
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal or notarial offices
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Word / Excel)
- Capacity to prioritize and enjoy managing multiple responsibilities
- B ilingualism required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
