Our client in SE Calgary is looking for a Shipper / Receiver Administrator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor, track and maintain movement packaging supplies, and in house usage of materials and goods
- Monitor CHEP pallet levels, and replenish orders as required
- Perform data entry requirements within Shipping / Receiving department using an internal database system
- Review and verify data previously entered to ensure accuracy
- Creating and printing of labels
- Communicate and facility information flow between departments as required
- Enter purchase orders of procured produce commodities
- Maintain code data within Shipping / Receiving excel spreadsheet
- Other responsibilities relevant to the position will be assigned as required
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with a wide range of culturally diverse individuals
- Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the produce industry is an asset
- A keen attention to detail is an asset for the successful candidate
This is a temporary to permanent position (based on performance).
