As a Utilities Dispatch Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing dispatch data, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring key performance indicators to improve field and dispatch operations. Your work will directly support operational performance and strategic decision-making.

- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patternsOptimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operationsWork with Inventory Production Reports to support operational planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementCommunicate insights and recommendations to stakeholdersMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operationsGenerate and maintain performance reports using Power BI and ExcelReview work order management system data for accuracy and insightsIdentify operational gaps and propose data-driven solutionsSupport reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholdersAssist in tracking productivity and service performance metricsRequirements and Qualifications :
Must be eligible to work and reside within CanadaHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field2+ years of experience using data analysis tools and techniques3+ years of experience with Work Order Management Systems1+ years of experience with Power BI and ExcelUtility industry experienceKnowledge of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics)Knowledge of industrial automation or related industriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsInterested?
