Primary function : oversee and supervise control room operators and drive day‑to‑day operations in the OCC. Responsibilities include integrating new facilities into the OCC monitoring system, training staff, participating in NERC audits, and contributing to continuous documentation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff – supervise all Control Room Operators, ensuring engagement, career growth, and a culture of success.
• Operational duties – supervise real‑time operations of utility systems, ensuring rapid actions to events and adherence to protocols.
• Continuous improvement – implement procedural and process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to increase efficiency.
• Compliance – apply best practices, benchmarks, and methodology to maintain regulatory and company standards; support NERC and international standards.
