The Driving Force Inc. is hiring an experienced Financial Services Manager at our Burlington Location. The Financial Services Manager is responsible for maximizing the finance services department profitability through vehicle financing, leasing, and additional financial service products.

What you'll do :

  • Present all F&I products and services to all customers all of the time
  • Complete and submit credit applications and utilize active credit application taking techniques
  • Liaise with banks to obtain funding
  • Liaise with the Company’s Credit department to obtain lease credit
  • Prepare vehicle financing and lease contracts
  • Provide a detailed explanation of the program and sell extended warranty products
  • Complete lease terminations and buyouts
  • Review final documentation for errors or missed items
  • Ensure all accessories or upfits are correctly itemized and accounted for
  • Prepare lease and finance quotes
  • Complete all DealMaker and LeaseMaker related items
  • Receive and submit all type of sales or lease payments
  • Submit necessary documents to the Company’s Accounting department
  • Maintain complete sales and leasing files at the branch
  • Prepare month-end extended warranty and insurance remittance
  • Provide support for other locations as required
  • Maintain product knowledge through training and learning opportunities
  • Actively attend and participate in monthly F&I meetings
  • Develop relationships with customers in order to maximize repeat and referral business
  • Work with the Salespeople and vendors to ensure that all promises to customers are delivered as negotiated
  • Assist other branches with deliveries where required
  • Work with Salespeople to develop and improve F&I turnover

What you’ll need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years’ experience in vehicle sales or three years in business office management
  • Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
  • Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
  • Ability to obtain an automotive sales license (AMVIC, VSA, OMVIC)
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented

Please note this position is commission based.
