Forklift Operator

Job Overview

2 Years of Raymond Reach Experience is required. This position is open to all applicants able to work full time day shift hours only. Excellent command of the English Language excellent handling of the forklift and proven previous experience is required.

This position starts immediately on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment utilizing various warehouse equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes heavy equipment operation and materials handling to ensure efficient and safe order fulfillment.

Duties

• Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy
• Operate heavy equipment such as RAYMOND REACH forklifts MUST BE CERTIFIED
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment including heavy lifting techniques
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks ensuring proper documentation and inventory control
• Maintain safety standards during all operations adhering to OSHA regulations and mechanical knowledge requirements
• Use mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary
• Support warehouse management with inventory organization and space optimization
• Follow safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling
