We are looking for a skilled Tableau Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing dashboards, and working through a backlog of analytics requests.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Development : Design, develop, and deploy new interactive dashboards to meet business requests.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and define metrics.
• Data Modeling & ETL : Own the data pipeline for analytics, write advanced SQL, and use Tableau Prep to build and maintain data models and cleanup flows.
• Advanced Dashboarding : Create scalable visualizations using complex Tableau calculations including LOD expressions, table calculations, and parameters.
• Optimization : Analyze, tune, and optimize existing dashboards to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Presentation : Present analysis, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership for feedback.
• Quality & Governance : Ensure all solutions are clean, professional, and intuitive, managing work in a continuous‑flow Kanban‑style environment and following data governance standards.
