Financial Controller

More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will include :

• Analyzing monthly variances in capital, operating, and cash budgets
• Coordinating annual external audits
• Coordinating treasury operations
• Leading the annual budget process
• Directing the team to ensure the production of monthly financial reports
• Participating in various special projects, such as the integration of new properties
• Gathering the financial information necessary for sound management
• Responding to requests from both internal and external clients and attending meetings with demanding clients
• Reviewing, analyzing, and approving monthly financial statements (approving journal entries, reviewing balance sheet items, and analyzing variances on results)
• Ensuring that monthly deadlines are met
