Family Physician (Recent Graduate) Edmonton, GTA

AriseTalent Hub is actively seeking, on behalf of one of our valued clients, compassionate and dedicated Family Physicians, including recent graduates, to join modern, well-established clinics located in Edmonton, Etobicoke, and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with clinical best practices.
• Promote preventive health through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• (If applicable) Participate in after-hours or on-call coverage on a rotational/as-needed basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized medical institution.
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
• Active or eligible license with CPSO (Ontario) and/or CPSA (Alberta).
• Commitment to patient-centred, holistic care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Telus PS Suite, Accuro, OSCAR, Med Access) is an asset — training provided if needed.
