The SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, cloud-native e-commerce backend architectures, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités
Design and implement backend architectural artifactsDefine platform-level systems and services (commerce, ERP, CMS, marketing, PIM) and their interconnectivityDesign secure, scalable, and performant cloud-native backend architecturesMaintain architecture decision records across the organizationEnable backend engineering policies, standards, and best practicesImplement CI / CD practices and environment configurationsProvide technology stack consultancy aligned with scalability, performance, and security requirementsSupport backend operational practices including disaster recovery and availability planningDefine logging, monitoring, alerting, and on-call strategiesImplement testing strategies (unit, integration, acceptance, API contract testing)Drive continuous improvement of backend engineering practicesMentor and support engineering teams across the organizationRequirements / Profil recherché
Extensive experience in enterprise e-commerce platformsStrong backend architecture and system design expertiseDeep understanding of cloud-native methodologiesStrong communication and presentation skillsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceTechnical skills / Compétences techniques
