Responsibilities

• Lead Android development efforts while contributing hands‑on code (approx. 50% development).
• Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and support their technical growth.
• Convert high‑level design concepts into detailed low‑level technical designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Champion coding standards, best practices, and high‑quality development.
• Take ownership of delivery, proactively identifying issues, resolving blockers, and “making things happen.”
