Over the past few years, BCI has invested heavily in modernizing its technology operations. The organization has made significant strides in integrating enterprise tools and systems that will be in place for the next decade, improving stability and reducing critical system interruptions from 55 to zero.
BCI’s Service Delivery team is transitioning from an application-aligned to a client-aligned model to improve service delivery.
The Senior Manager of Service Delivery for the Technology group will support this strategic reorganization by redefining roles, streamlining processes, and fostering a client-focused culture.
The Senior Manager will operate as the primary relationship manager and delivery partner to the Technology, Corporate Data & Operations, and Corporate functions teams, ensuring that they have a single channel into technology capabilities and services.
In this role, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for advocating for technology-focused initiatives by bringing awareness to the service delivery teams and ensuring these initiatives are appropriately prioritized.
Effective communication will be essential in highlighting the impact of these initiatives on overall objectives and their benefits to operations.
The aim is to ensure a smooth transition and effective team adaptation to the new structure.
The ideal candidate will be a highly successful technology leader with experience working between / across several technology domains.
The Senior Manager will excel in building strong relationships with senior leadership to gain transparency into internal roadblocks and help eliminate them as needed.
While exposure to and / or interest in investment management, asset management or financial services is an asset, individuals who have demonstrated success in modernizing application delivery processes within an enterprise are a priority.
This is a transformational mandate that will require a strong people leader with exceptional technical, relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.

The annualized base salary range for this role based in Victoria is CAD $120,000-$150,000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered, and consideration to internal equity.
