Full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliations;
Prepare all government remittances, including source deductions, GST, WCB, Employer Health
Tax and corporate tax instalments;
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and multiple credit card statement reconciliations;
Maintain the accounting department’s accounting procedures and training manual;
Research and resolve payment and expense discrepancies;
Prepare and analyze quarterly financial statements;
Prepare and update cash flow, operating and overhead budgets;
Manage and maintain corporate records and reports for LP, LLP, and JV partnerships.
Year-end financial statement preparation; and
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Professional accounting designation (CPA)
5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting management role
Candidates that come from a business with multiple projects – consulting, construction or other are top choice.
