Responsibilities :
- Full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliations;
- Prepare all government remittances, including source deductions, GST, WCB, Employer Health
- Tax and corporate tax instalments;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and multiple credit card statement reconciliations;
- Maintain the accounting department’s accounting procedures and training manual;
- Research and resolve payment and expense discrepancies;
- Prepare and analyze quarterly financial statements;
- Prepare and update cash flow, operating and overhead budgets;
- Manage and maintain corporate records and reports for LP, LLP, and JV partnerships.
- Year-end financial statement preparation; and
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Professional accounting designation (CPA)
- 5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting management role
- Candidates that come from a business with multiple projects consulting, construction or other are top choice.
