Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems, data communications and telecommunications technology including RedHat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10, Mainframe IMS Connect, system software and system tools.
• Extensive experience in WebLogic V12, WebSphere V9, Informatica V10 configuration, customization, upgrading, and patching.
• Extensive experience in DevOps toolsets in Azure Cloud, including Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and OpenShift.
• Working knowledge of git (branching, merging strategies such as git‑flow, pull requests, and GitOps).
• Experience designing and implementing infrastructure-as-code build automation using Terraform, integrating immutable infrastructure with Ansible and Packer.
• Experience implementing performance tuning, storage / capacity management, DB migration / upgrade, and Backup / Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of clustering load balancers, firewall configuration, and accomplishing equivalent tasks in Azure cloud.
• Experience with J2EE / Java and web technologies such as Node.js, Azure Functions, Serverless, Pub / Sub event‑driven systems, and Azure App Gateway.
• Experience with mid‑tier refresh initiatives in Azure cloud using Docker, Ansible, Packer, and Terraform.
