Job Description

Line cook with minimum 2 yrs experience. Assist Chef's on the line working the grill and saucier. Good knife skills for preparing food items, cutting, chopping and butchery.

Maintain a clean and organized work station and complies with standard food sanitation requirements. Proficient in executing with accuracy high end contemporary and classical Italian cuisine recipes.

Mature, reliable and ability to work as a team member.
