Our client working in the field of health and esthetics, is looking to hire a fantastic candidate to assist him with his state of the art concept.

He is seeking to add a well experienced receptionist / office assistant for its Ville Saint-Laurent office!

This is what your daily life will look like :

Under the responsibility of the owner / founder, your work as a receptionist / office assistant will ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Your daily activities will include caring for the patients, making calendar entries, organising the founders agenda, handling online bookings and call-in appointments.

This is a condensed schedule, hours of operation are from 9am to 4pm.

Hourly Salary of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

Flexible schedule from 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m., (32-35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a receptionist / office assistant :

  • Answer calls approximately 20-25 calls / day
  • answering emails
  • greeting walk-ins
  • treating patient samples
  • coordonating with the nurses and drivers
  • sending off samples for testing, or keeping in the lab
  • calling patients to give apppointments or to arrange a test.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Required requirements :

  • Diploma of Secondary Education;
  • Bilingualism (French-English);
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Automomous by nature;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
  • Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
