Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute test cases and document results to ensure the quality and functionality of mainframe applications.
• Identify and report defects and issues to development teams and work with them to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality software.
• Provide support to end-users during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodology.
