The System of Quality Management (SoQM) team is an integral part of KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice. SoQM is a priority initiative and is critical in driving and improving audit quality and includes :
The Senior Manager SoQM plays a lead role in delivering various aspects of the SoQM program, coaching and supervising other team members, collaborating regularly with leaders and stakeholders across the firm, and with the KPMG Global SoQM team. This highly visible role requires a mix of technical acumen, team leadership skills, and problem solving, and a creative approach to developing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
