Associate Program Manager

Reporting directly to the Director, Program Management, the role of Associate Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect ensuring seamless team collaboration and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own the service delivery for the client and manage risks
• Lead specific tracks of work within larger complex projects
• Manage project execution between geographically dispersed account, production and technology teams across different time zones and cultures
• Identify, track and manage KPIs and provide internal and client facing status reports
• Assist in building overall plans / budgets and subsequent adherence
• Forecast demand and supply
• Manage stakeholder communication around program status and planning
• Assist in training and adoption of technologies for internal and client teams
• Manage existing client relationships and participate in on-boarding new relationships
• Innovate for continuous improvement in internal and client workflows / processes
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by a manager / supervisor
