Our client :

This opportunity is well suited for someone who began their career in public accounting, built a strong technical foundation, transitioned into industry, and is now ready to step into a true manager-level role.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include :
- Ownership of corporate and portfolio-level financial reporting and month-end close
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations, variances, and supporting schedules
- Preparation and review of financial statements for corporate and holding entities
- Portfolio reporting and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Coordination with external auditors and support through year-end and audits
- Assistance with cash flow reporting, forecasting, and treasury-related activities
- Leadership and development of a small finance team, with a hands-on approach
Qualifications and pre-requisites :
CPA designationFirm-trained background with progression in public accountingMinimum of 2 years of industry experience following public accountingExposure to real estate, asset management, or property-related reporting is an assetStrong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and analysisAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with detailed reporting packagesReadiness to step into a manager role with ownership and accountabilityAdditional information or perks (optional) :
