Growth & Operations Manager - Health & Wellness Brand
Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly analytical, resourceful E-Commerce Growth & Operations Manager to help drive the next stage of growth on our team to oversee the fulfillment and operations. Working with the founder, you’ll oversee key areas of the business : from marketing analytics and media buying, to retail growth strategy, product launches, and operational excellence.
This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment and wants to be deeply involved in scaling a viral wellness brand. You’ll have significant autonomy, lead cross-functional projects, manage a growing team, and make critical decisions that directly impact revenue and brand success.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all platforms (Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Social Media), provide insights and reports to the team
Media Buying, Ads Management, and Ads Strategy
Manage media spend across multiple channels (Meta, Google, etc.)Work with creative team to run and test different campaignsRetail Growth Strategy
Develop and own retail growth strategy for US and CanadaManage two direct reports related to retail growthProduct Roadmap and Operations
Project manage product development cycles and ensure we are operationally set up for success during launches (the internal operations team, 3PL, and shopify is ready)Make critical decisions relevant to improving and scaling operationsCRO and Sales Channel Management
Run A / B tests to optimize and improve e-commerce and retail channelsTake on a CRO role to improve conversion and revenue optimizationOther
Proactively identify problems to solve and enjoy a lot of autonomy and ownership in the roleCreate systems and structures that will scale the businessRequirements
This role is an evolving role, we’re highly focused on hiring someone who is exceptionally resourceful, moves fast, and is able to juggle multiple projects at once. This key hire will largely oversee our business and take us to the next level.
2-3 years experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, media buying, project management, campaign managementExcellent analytical and operational skills (including the use of excel)Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skillsBonus : Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industriesCompensation
