We are seeking a Civil Assistant Project Manager for the Quebec region.
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Civil Assistant Project Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Project Manager
- Assist in coordination with foremen
- Prepare subcontracting contracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate subcontractors to avoid overlaps upon their arrival on site
- Perform progress billing
- Participate in the establishment and monitoring of the site's operational budget
- Participate in the development and tracking of project schedules
- Follow up on directives and change requests
- Ensure the follow-up and submission of RFIs and shop drawings
Skills and qualifications :
- Technical diploma / Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in project management (civil construction or building)
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
