We are seeking a Civil Project Manager for the Basse-Côte-Nord to join the team for a major project in La Tabatière. They offer 14-14 or 21-7 with a remote location allowance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take part in a major project in a beautiful area.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Civil Project Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Assist in coordination with foremen
Prepare subcontracting contracts and purchase orders
Coordinate subcontractors to avoid overlaps upon their arrival on site
Perform progress billing
Participate in the establishment and monitoring of the site's operational budget
Participate in the development and tracking of project schedules
Follow up on directives and change requests
Ensure the follow-up and submission of RFIs and shop drawings
Approve invoices

Skills and qualifications :

Technical diploma / Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent experience

5 to 8 years of experience in project management (civil construction)

Excellent command of French (spoken and written)

Experience on a construction site in a remote area (an asset)

Mobility and availability

Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)

EXPERIENCE IN QUEBEC REQUIRED
